A New Reading Session Starts: Philo of Alexandria's 'On Creation' (Nov 1 at 8pm ET)

Last week, the Rising Tide Foundation weekly study group finished the essay ‘How Jesus and His Followers Saved Civilization’ which introduced the figure of Rabbi Philo of Alexandria. Many people reading the essay (or listening to the recording) were shocked that they hadn’t heard of this incredible figure who worked so closely with Jesus’ apostle Peter in Rome where the two collaborated in opposing the pagan cult system of the Empire (which at various times created pseudo Christian sects designed to undermine the young religion from within).
