What a beautiful tribute to Mr. Capra. Our family watched “It’s a Wonderful Life” every Christmas. I really want to watch “7 Days in May” and all the others, even the science films. Thank you, Matt!

I found an uncut original and longer version of It's A Wonderful Life online I will look for it and post it here. Gloria Grahame who was a big star originally had a larger part but most of it was edited out.You Can't Take It With You is one of my favourite movies, funny enough Lionel Barrymore plays the patriarch and of course also played Mr. Potter. He was wonderful as a loving kind person.

Thank you for this. I just watched It's a Wonderful Life and it never gets old. It never fails to make me weep, first of despair, then of triumph of the good and decency inherent in mankind. Merry Christmas!
