To Readers: I don’t normally include guest posts on this platform, however due to the incredibly important nature of Cynthia Chung’s brilliant new report on the deeper historical forces shaping the current crisis in Ukraine, and the world more broadly going back over 1000 years to the early days of Kievan Rus, I decided to circulate it here. Enjoy the discoveries
Lorenz Kraus's comment is psychopathic. Next thing you know, he will be saying Hitler was greatly misunderstood and if you are not German you are not allowed to criticize.
According to Lorenz's laws, if you are not of the same race you can only be supportive and not critical of actions of an ethnic grouping even if those actions are committing an ethnic genocide in their region.
The Saker has also published an article on how the Pentagon, U.S. media, etc., have in fact employed a “strategy” of outright lying and making up fake intelligence to ‘combat Russia’ called Sitrep: Operation Z/6. https://thesaker.is/sitrep-operation-z-6/
An eye opener of your research when senses overlook nazism is the Dulles' CIA Aerodynamics archive. If not via GMU these past decades, then progressive Virginia, w/Amnesty Int'l, scary emigre CIA, New York port recruiting, sanctions on Rus diplomats, daughters and so on.
Captures UKR diaspora as well on Scythian people, balkanization and irrational hatred.
I thank you profusely for sharing Cynthia’s Ukarainian history essay.
Do you or Cynthia have works that address the historic and recent divisions between Roman Catholics, Greek Catholic-Uniates, Ukrainian Orthodox jurisdictions who proclaim fealty to Patriarch Bartholomew I in Instanbul, and Ukrainian Orthodox jurisdictions who look to Kirill I of Moscow? Have you any maps that present the divisions by geography?
I understand that Bartholomew I has bent toward Washington for political reasons. Does Moscow remain “The Third Rome,” and seat of Pravin-slavnyy Orthodox Christianity? Or, as Ivan Karamazov described, has the Russian Orthodox Church slouched toward the state, in your opinion?

Thank you, Cynthia, for this excellent piece. Your detail is really impressive. I'm looking forward to the next installment!

Lorenz should take a lesson from these comedians. "Are We the Baddies?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hn1VxaMEjRU
Caitlin Johnstone just published a great article on her substack "US Officials Admit They’re Literally Just Lying To The Public About Russia." https://caitlinjohnstone.substack.com/p/us-officials-admit-theyre-literally?s=r

Why condescend to being the arbiter of guest posting. Because after all, you are a Canadian patriot.

Fascinating article, thankyou. Are any of you professional Historians able to comment on the veracity/implications of the 10,000 BC Mezine/ Ukranian Swastika? ( https://archive.org/details/TheOriginOfTheSwastikaOldestKnownSwastikaFoundInUkraineCa10000BCE )
