Impressive run-down. Can't imagine living somewhere where I have a King and Queen still, and its telling that the two worst places in the West (Canada an Aus) are under their thumb. This guy wants to rule the world too. It's his move.

In Through the Looking Glass, Margaret Anna Alice has coined the term 'philanthropath' with #philanthropath, which she hopes to go viral. This is a really excellent summary of its application in the political arena, while hers focuses on Gates et al.

Years ago I called the 'legacy giving' dept of the WWF (the only number that got a real person) and asked how they could give away plush toys made by sweatshop workers to promote conservation. Were people not animals too? That was one of my first clues to this whole racket.

Another person who talks about the capture of NGOs by philanthrocapitalism is Arundhati Roy. She talks with John Cusack about how, one year, all verbal support for armed self-defense movements was withdrawn, like the Zapatistas or Maoists, and there was a big influx of cash. She calls it the 'Gandhification' of the international social justice movement that suddenly only supported 'non-violent protest' or theater as she termed it--fine when you have the star power of Gandhi to bring foreign journalists and movie actors, but worthless when you're three days from anywhere in the jungle.

Thank you for the insight and understanding. With COVID and the War in Ukraine - putting the puzzle together of "power, control, information, and wealth" transfer is challenging without the picture on the box. Understanding The British Crown, former British Empire, City of London, etc. is critical.

Wow - a must-read for everyone who thinks that the British Monarchy is just there for show at this time in history!

It's a bit cringe-worthy to see all the forelock-tugging around the death of Queen Liz 2, not just in the UK (where it might be understandable) but also here in Australia, where the English monarch is still technically the supreme head of state but considered no more than a figurehead. And even the US, that bastion of republicanism, still shows remnants of forelock tugging in all the posts that don't qualify terms when they say "the Queen is dead!"

(...because everybody knows that "The Queen" means "Queen of England".)

Welcome history lesson. Thank you. Britain and the world will soon be a worse place to inhabit as Charles III moves into a more leveraged plundering position.

For a number of years since the 2008-9 financial meltdown, it has appeared to me that the world’s elites are jockeying for position in a looming neomonarchy/ neofeudalist system. This article really clarified that reality.

I need to forward this to friends and family who’ve dismissed the idea as ridiculous. If they dare read it.

KPMG was key in helping Gov Pritzker of Illionyz secure a cumulative $3 billion total of bribes to secure marijuana licenses recently. It's called a presidential slush fund. Not a peep from anyone.

i understand some British are sensitive about people criticizing their Royals. i have only one thing to say: i only admire people worthy of admiration: not from what television, society, tradition, or dogma tell me.

Hi Matt... great work!

This article very much reminds me of our zoom call last year where we compared notes on the similarities both NZ and Canada have as junior Five Eyes members etc. Also the tragedy of why we simply do not seem to have the political landscape that could enable us to escape entrapment and tyranny in this nightmarish neo-feudal reality.

Since we had that conversation at least Alberta has found Danielle Smith who has courageously poked her head out from behind the parapets. One freedom fighter at state level is admittedly not a whole lot, but nevertheless that is one more than we have down here in NZ. We still do not have a single MP that has even whispered about a desperately needed change in direction.

I suppose mutual commiserations are still in order. Both of our countries remain burdened with the exact same Head of State - King Charles (the Turd as the Irish pronounce it), and as such a completely farcical lack of any sort of protection for our most fundamental human rights.

Anyway Matt, it's great to see you and Cynthia keeping up such a powerful fight.

Complements of the season to you both

This is a frightening expose of how our lives are being monitored and transformed without us being aware. And it's so all encompassing, how DO we stop it?
