No. I wouldn't put him in the same ball park as either one. Bush Sr was much more evil while JR was a former druggie dupe monkey not smart enough to be meritous of the word evil. Reagan while often having more in common with JR in that sense of not understanding what was going on around him (especially after his near assassination in 1981) was overall an anti Malthusian Patriot who would rather have not seen his nation destroyed despite his own bad economics idiology
