Hi Matt, I stayed with John Hulley in Jerusalem twice. 2007 & 2011. He worked at the World Bank under Kissinger in the 1970's. He told me he wrote the letter (on behalf of Henry) to the Saudis regarding the PETRODOLLAR. That is, you (SA & also OPEC) triple the price of oil, we'll (USA MIL) will back you up and you ONLY sell in USD. Every country needs oil, therefore every country demands USD. This is also the reason that no new energy saving devices were ever allowed to become popular. Stay in oil - stay in US Dollars.
