I have been informed that the links to purchase tickets contained within this Substack post were broken. I apologize for that error. Please use the following link for ticket purchases which now 100% works: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/universal-history-as-a-function-of-science-and-art-tickets-931997739327

I'm really sad for not being able to participate. Leaving La Grande Digue (NB) on July 6th in the morning, will only be home on July 7 in Gatineau, having a sleep-over in Rivière-du-Loup. I'm certain I'll have another occasion. Glad that you have such events.

Hello. I am wondering where the venue is?

The venue will be in downtown Montreal. We do not announce the address until a a few days beforehand for security reasons.

Looking forward to this - July 6th happens to be my birthday, so this will be part of my birthday-activities :)

Sounds like Jonathan Pageau's and Richard Rohlin's Universal History series.

Hmm. FYI, the "buy your tickets now" link takes me to a page that says "the page or event you are looking for was not found."

Weird. I'm not sure why it was a dead link, but use this and please let me know if it works https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/universal-history-as-a-function-of-science-and-art-tickets-931997739327

Hi Matthew :) I'm very interested in alternative history research. Could you please give some specifics what exactly will be discussed?

Expand full comment

The subjects that will be discussed are broad and partake to the theme that has been layed out for this event. If you like the content on Matthew's page, Cynthia's or the RTF page then you will have some idea of the approach to such subjects.
