It is rare to see new artistic movements arise. It is even rarer that such artistic revolutions manage to respect the best traditions of the past while at the same time infuse something new and improved into society. The fatal error made by many innovators attempting to break with the often stultifying force of custom and tradition, is found in a fetish for novelty, and a tendency to skip steps.
IMO, its to become psychological/spiritual adults, becoming our own "spiritual water" carriers rather than projecting it onto an old man in the sky. The archetypal father & mother/Yin &Yang are within and need to be honored and worshipped.
I view my body as my own personal part of nature/mother and honor it by providing it what it needs for cellular repair instead of eating yummy garbage like most people do. I also go for long walks, lift weights and stretching almost every day because that's what the human body needs.
