I want to know more about your sources for this statement that Sun Yat-sen "also brought eugenicism to China" as I have never heard of this and have held Sun in high regard. I an also concerned about the China social credit system.

On reading further into the book, I couldn't make sense of the notion, so now I have checked the paragraph where Adam Smith, Malthus, Ricardo and Stuart Mill are mentioned in the "Breaking Free.." book, and you ARE entirely right, and I am relieved. It says, Sun "was also no (!) proponent of the liberal theories of...."(these men). In the lamplight I mistook "no" for an "a", which made all the difference. I'll see if it possible to edit my first comment! If not, I will post a correction separately.

Nothing would benefit the world more than ending Western hegemony over the world, perhaps other than stopping the WEF from stepping into the void and taking global control over everything.

I am more concerned about whether there is "a need" for the social credit system and wonder if it is meant to be a protection against colour revolutions, e.g. instigated by the Shanghai group (Soros et al).
All of this peaceful cooperation sounds very hopeful. Now let us put some attention to how this will or will not address gross wealth inequality in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere. How to curb the land speculation and rent seeking motive? Tolstoy urged land value tax to the Tsar, Sun Yat Sen's Three Principles of the People advocated for a similar approach, and Saudi Arabia's "White Land Tax" implemented some degree of commons rent (land value tax) in order to encourage the development of affordable housing for workers in Riyad. Perhaps there is the possibility of a return of the golden thread of perennial wisdom teachings on land justice?
