The actual votes reflect some cracks in the NATO wall: Joining many African, Asian and Latin American countries voting Yes were NATO members Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Portugal, Norway, Slovenia and Spain. Five eyes New Zealand also voted Yes, while Australia, Canada and UK Abstained.
