The JFK assassination is NOT my area of expertise, but what I can gather from the interviews I have listened to over the years, seems like he pissed off each and every last dangerous power broker in the nation. "Feels" to me, again, not my wheelhouse, but his assassination looks a lot like the Murder on the Orient Express. He pissed off the MIC, Big Oil, the Israel lobby, the Mob, the Cubans on both sides, the BANKERS, and the Intelligence communities.
Anyone would be lucky dodging just one of these interests but he faced a real cabal of boogeymen.
