Donald Trump has put out repeated messaging that America’s borders should grow far beyond the current 50 states to include Canada, Greenland and territories stretching as far south as the Darian Gap.
This episode reminded me of my research into the history of Colombia, having travelled throughout it and discovering more in her museums I'd explore while there. For about two decades it was known as the "United States of Colombia," established - coincidentally? - after the Colombian Civil War at the same time as the US Civil War:
This, of course, coinciding with negotiations and relations with Russia over trade routes, rail between the Asian and American continents via Alaska, Canada.
Interesting to note the timing and people involved in what you describe focused on Canada, but also with the recognition of the establishment of Republics in South America. And the short-lived experiment in perhaps the most United States of America-like system in the oldest European settled portion of South America, now known as Colombia, beginning in Santa Marta. One of the Colombian cities I enjoyed discovering and visiting museums in during my travels there.
I suggest for further reading the 2019 book, "In Defense of Manifest Destiny." Primary author is Matthew Ehret. The second chapter is by myself: "How John Quincy Adams Created the United States as a Continental Republic." Adams, U.S. President from 1825-1829, had been US Secretary of State for the previous eight years, where he negotiated with the British empire and Russia on the borders of the western part of the North American continent, setting the process in place that excluded the British control of what is the State of Washington today. His negotiations with the Russians created the boundary that is the one between Alaska and British Columbia presently. Adams was also the author of what is known today as the "Monroe Doctrine." And contrary to the "popular" view of that document, it was an explicitly anti-imperial policy, which not only excluded the European empires from the entire western hemisphere, but also set forth the principle that the U.S. would never be an imperial power. Of course, that policy was explicitly violated by the "Roosevelt Corollary," by President Theodore Roosevelt in the early 20th century, re-established as U.S. policy by President Franklin Roosevelt, and then once again violated after that president's death in 1945, which continues to be violated to this day.
That was an epic episode. I will be ordering your other books. Refer you to many people constantly since it is such important evidence of real patriots they don't want us remembering or even knowing about. Let's not even mention the opposition, their connections and all the same threads at the base of these cults. I'd advertise your books to home schoolers. The Science Unshackled excellent and readable for multiple ages.
We will see what Trump is all about. I have some little hope in his wife, she has some common sense, since she taught her son to speak Slovenian, in accordance to our saying "The more languages you speak, the more you are worth". But I doubt he listens to her really. I don't see much wisdom in Donald Trump, unfortunatelly, he seems not to have enough integrity, he is very easily tricked by the puppet masters... We will see... I sincerely hope I am wrong. Anyway, even if I Trump is no good, we will deal with it somehow, with God's help, with natural law help.
Pepe Escobar posted the link to Italian documentary trailer where Donald Trump's statements about Iran's general Soleimani are quoted (Trump seems to be very blind in this case, no sense of justice, only American exceptionalism and misusing the words of "American national security" - what is USA even doing militarily outside of its country?!): https://comedonchisciotte.org/rivoluzione-il-film-documentario-qasem-soleimani-luomo-della-resistenza/
The world is changing its nature to the extent that comparison with earlier empires will provide little enlightenment to what is happening now.
Some of Trumps statements may be intended to bring pressure to leaders in various places. Some are actual statements of intent, prob because of the creep of China control through “soft power” .
It will in time become widely known that Trump really is just the front man for a widely based powerful and very well coordinated takedown of the deep state. This has been planned and grown since the murder of J F K.
There is much more I could add but this will do for now

And modelled after the United States of America in governing structure, a bill of rights and a market-based economy:

And Pres. Ulysses S Grant even submitted a treaty for USA Senate approval to authorize the building of the Panama Canal...in 1870:
