Doesn't make any sense. Shanghai is only 3% of their population. Plus they are hardly reporting any deaths. I assume they are trialing this for the West. And which country put out those fake videos of people face-planting on the street in early 2020? This nonsense has gone on for nearly 2.5 years and there has never been any evidence of a 'pandemic', only the WHO's re-framed definition where nobody needs to die to trigger all the 'measures'. A lot of Chinese thought the first SARS was engineered to ethnically target Chinese/Asians. This is consistent with PNAC’s Rebuilding America’s Defenses projection. I don’t believe that was so because it seems to me that China is a partner at the elite level and in China the elite are the head of the CCP.
As far as Rebuilding a New Operating System, it’s going to be built by those who built the Old Operating System. Both China and Russia adopted the West’s neoliberal Operating System. In short it refers to the total energy needed to support humanity and a given state of technological development, population level, population density, longevity, standard of living etc. From this standpoint not all energy sources or production techniques are equal despite using scalar units to determine energy systems which create a deceptive appears of equality where there is none (ie: 1GW from windmill energy is not qualitatively equal to 1GW from nuclear energy or even natural gas, but rather far lower since the productive processes needed to build a windmill cannot be supported with even windmill energy since it is of a poor quality. You need to produce not only enough energy to support a system in its given base requirements but for a society to replenish itself requires generating extra free energy to invest back into R and D, and new tech that allows humanity to break free of our limits to growth.
