I'm quite certain they are not on board despite public words. When judging a man, you observe his actions, and this is even more the case in politics where you judge a statesman by their policies. Words are words which may or may not be misdirection. Even Jeremy Bentham- the arch imperialist, pederast and hater of the revolution spoke favorably of the US right to revolution and even won the trust of dim witted republicans for his support for the USA. Ben Franklin and John Quincy Adams often spoke super politely of their nemeses among the British elite, and if you just took everyone for their words, or newspaper coverage of the day, you wouldn't have a clue where anyone stood on anything in reality.
For my part here is how I approach a problem: There are things which I know 100% and things I don't understand. I talk about what I know, and from there I draw my hypotheses about things I have yet to discover from as strong foundations as possible. Up until now, this technique has proven to systematically grow the ratio of what I know relative to what I don't know in a favorable direction and it has worked well when other people use this technique too.
I have proven to myself 100% that China is committed to certain principles of policy which are totally antagonistic to oligarchical systems, namely: 1) anti-degrowth, 2) anti-population reduction, 3) pro nation state/multipolarity, 4) national controls of banking and long term credit and 5) open system large scale development, 6) helping other nations develop full spectrum economies. So these things, I know.
Now for what I don't know (ie; China's approach to playing along with WHO protocols, or the global warming myth).
Either we are dealing with 1) mis-direction: to avoid putting a total schism into the fissures which currently exist and which if exploited can devolve super quickly into thermonuclear war, China and Russia might be playing along with the narrative with the intention of controlling the over-arching new operating system while bringing the west onboard which would be outside of the controls of the WHO-technocrat western game masters, OR they are blind spots in their thinking on matters of health science policy causing them to make serious mis-steps.
After following both nations very closely every day for many years, my mind is very much inclined to the former, as this is a form of aikido principle. In Aikido, the force of your opponent is used against them, so that the Aikido practioner needs not engage in direct kinetic force. As Bruce Lee said "be like water my friend."
I suspect that there is some admixture of all variables on various levels since China and Russia have their share of corrupt networks and fools even among the intelligentsia.
